RE/MAX SmartHub Welcomes Sharon Kress

We are thrilled to announce that Sharon Kress has agreed to join the RE/MAX SmartHub Realty team in the role of Managing Partner effective Monday, September 25.  Sharon will be focusing her time and talent on helping us grow our real estate businesses through professional development, as well as helping RE/MAX SmartHub Realty grow by building relationships with agents at other brokerages who are a good fit with our culture and may be thinking about making a move.

Sharon's experience and background in York, Adams and Lancaster Counties offers an exceptional perspective on the Central PA real estate market and she also brings an understanding of the opportunities and resources offered by RE/MAX. Sharon joins us after five years with RE/MAX Pinnacle, where as Regional Operations Manager, she worked with both individual agents and teams to help them build their business, provided training opportunities and educated agents on compliance issues.  Prior to RE/MAX Pinnacle, Sharon spent thirteen years as the Lancaster Regional President for Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty, where she maintained oversight of six Lancaster County offices, along with serving as part of the overall leadership team helping to implement professional development opportunities and promote growth.  She also served two terms on the LCAR Board of Directors, is a past president of RAYAC and a twice-honored Realtor of the Year.

RE/MAX SmartHub's leadership team now consists of Sharon Kress and Mitch Gready in the roles of Managing Partner, Amy Leonard in the role of Broker of Record, and Jeremy Ganse as Brokerage Owner.  Sharon will be responsible for taking the lead on professional development and recruiting, and Mitch will continue to manage day-to-day brokerage operations including being a resource for transactions, as well as managing escrows and commissions. 

We are implementing these changes to provide a higher level of service to our agents because helping them build their business is why we started RE/MAX SmartHub Realty in the first place.  We consider each of our agents to be a business partner and these changes reflect the importance of our relationship with each one of them.
