I have been a REALTOR® since 1999 and have personally experienced the highs and lows of real estate transactions, capitalizing on this knowledge to help you avoid common pitfalls and proactively plan for any situation. Before getting into real estate, I operated an in-home daycare where, in a way, I took care of both the children and the parents. Part of my practice included updating the parents throughout the day with fun activities we did and pictures to go along with the stories. This helped ease their minds, knowing that their little one was having fun. I take this same communicative, caring approach to my relationships with my clients. A house, whether you are buying it or selling it, is a big responsibility and I ensure that you are kept up-to-date every step of the way. This, coupled with my expert multi-tasking and creativity skills has provided the perfect foundation on which to build my real estate business.
Moving into real estate was a relatively easy decision for me. At that time, I had recently started selling Avon and learned that I really enjoyed getting out in my community, meeting new people and catering to their needs. My patience and caring persona also boosted my ability to connect with clients and foster great relationships. Every family has a different makeup and personality, so I make sure to adapt to everyone’s individual needs in order to make this process go smoothly and as stress free as possible.
From first-time homebuyers to downsizers, I work with a wide range of clientele throughout Lancaster and Lebanon counties. I have lived in northern Lancaster my entire life and have family in both counties, which has helped me gain a foundation of local area knowledge as well as provided insight into the various communities in these two areas. I sincerely care about all of my clients and am invested in ensuring your success and lifelong happiness.
